What payment options do you have?
Once you've browsed Wolsey Online and decided which items you wish to buy, you can choose from a range of credit and debit card payment options to suit you. In addition, you can relax in the knowledge that your details are safe with us - none of our customers have reported fraudulent use of credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. We also take signed cheques from the UK only and banker's drafts.

We accept VISA, VISA Electron, Delta, JCB, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. Please note that we are unable to accept American Express.

What happens if your order qualifies for two or more offers?
Our automated shopping basket will automatically calculate the discount offer that is most beneficial to you.

Order Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you may do so up until the expiry of the period of 7 working days after* the receipt of the goods ("the cooling off period"). Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Wolsey Ltd. The goods must then be returned to Wolsey Ltd at your own cost in perfect condition within 7 days of cancellation. If the goods are being returned because they are damaged or defective please refer to the general return policy and note that under these circumstances Wolsey Ltd will pay the cost of returning the items.

*Regrettably, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of any underwear.

Are the colours shown on the website truly accurate?
Every effort has been made to ensure that colour representation of items shown is as accurate as possible, however, colours on the website may vary slightly from actual product colour. Since the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Will every item on the website be in stock?
Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or may sell out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible, these items will be quickly removed from the website. There may, however, be alternative items available. If any items have been discontinued we will endeavor to offer an alternative, wherever possible.

What happens if there is a price change or error on the website?
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.

We are currently unable to supply orders to overseas customers.
