We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, in addition to your statutory rights if for any reason you would like to return a purchase to us, we offer a refund (provided you have the order summary document) or exchange on any unworn, undamaged item* , returned in the original packaging, within 14 days of the receipt of goods. Postal charges for returning items to us are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty, the cost of returning the item will be paid by Wolsey Ltd. You will not incur a second P & P charge should you wish to exchange the item being returned. Please take your parcel to the nearest Post Office. We would advise that you send any items you wish to return by Special Delivery Recorded Post, as Wolsey cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in the post. Always retain proof of postage.

Regrettably, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of any underwear.
Order Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you may do so up until the expiry of the period of 7 working days after* the receipt of the goods (“the cooling off period”). Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Wolsey Ltd. The goods must then be returned to Wolsey Ltd at your own cost in perfect condition within 7 days of cancellation. If the goods are being returned because they are damaged or defective please refer to the general return policy and note that under these circumstances Wolsey Ltd will pay the cost of returning the items.
