THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO YOUR USE OF THIS CATALOGUE AND ANY PURCHASE YOU MAKE SO PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THEM, THEY DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

• All items offered for sale by us in this catalogue are offered on an 'invitation to treat' basis only. This means that we are not obliged to sell you an item on the terms stated until we have despatched the item to you.
• We make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions are accurate, but please note that some details such as colour may vary.
• You can place an order via phone, post, email, fax or website. All of our contracts are concluded in English, all orders will be based upon prices and delivery charges in force at the time you submit your order. If the prices are different from those published you will be notified before we accept your order.
• We will use Royal Mail to deliver your order to you in accordance with their terms and conditions of carriage.
• You have the legal right to cancel an order within 7 working days and receive a refund for the garments.*
• We accept VISA, VISA Electron, Delta, JCB, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. Please note that we are unable to accept American Express. We also take signed cheques from the UK only and banker's drafts.
• We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. We may use your personal information to (i) fulfil orders placed by you, (ii) process your payments, (iii) carry out credit checks, (iv) disclose information about you to any relevant regulator if they require it (v) send you a new seasons catalogue.
• In order to protect against fraud and theft we may also share information about the way in which you conduct your account with lenders and credit reference agencies.
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law.

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and printing process will allow. However, slight variations may occur. Garment specifications are correct at time of going to press.

*Regrettably, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of any underwear.
